CARB MAKE YOU FAT !
Well, I have good news. That's a big fat lie.

If your blood sugar is constantly elevated you will gain alot of weight. It's a fact.
Nothing will spike your blood sugar faster than simple carbs. So in this guide I will show you the BEST carbs to eat.
Before I give you my favorite carb list let me start by giving you a little CARB101 Lesson.
Carbs are not bad. Bad carbs are bad. But even healthy carbs can be abused. Meaning, bottom line if you eat too much of anything, you will gain weight. So my recommendation anytime when eating carbs is to eat any protein or fat BEFORE you eat the carbs. This will hugely minimize any blood sugar spikes. Also 2 of my favorite tools for lowering blood sugar is Berberine and Apple Cider Vinegar.
As far as incorporating carbs into a Ketogenic Diet I recommend a cyclical Keto Diet. Eating carbs even healthy ones, will slow your weight loss. So go 2 weeks with no carbs and then 2 weeks with eating heathy carbs. Rotate that cycle.

Ok, so here's my favorite "good carbs".
1. ALL Veggies. I'm serious. I can't emphasize this enough. Veggies are LOADED with life giving vitamins and minerals. There is nothing more healing to the body than veggies. If you really want to life a long and healthy life, eat the rainbow daily. If you're following Keto stick to low glycemic veggies. Included in ALL veggies, I'm also going to include dark leafy greens here. Dark Leafy Greens (Spinach, Kale, Chard, Argula) are a powerhouse of nutrition. In fact I eat a large dark leafy green salad daily, because it's one of the best things you can possibly put in your body.

2. Quinoa: Quinoa is a nutrient-dense grain that is rich in protein, fiber, and essential minerals like magnesium and phosphorus. It promotes heart health, aids digestion, and helps regulate blood sugar levels.
3. Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potatoes are packed with vitamins A and C, fiber, and antioxidants. They support healthy vision, boost the immune system, and provide sustained energy due to their slow digestion.
4. Oats: Oats are a great source of soluble fiber, which helps lower cholesterol levels and
promotes healthy digestion. They also contain B vitamins, iron, and antioxidants, contributing to heart health and improved energy levels.
5. Brown Rice: Brown rice is a whole grain that retains its bran and germ layers, providing fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It supports weight management, aids digestion, and helps regulate blood sugar levels.
6. Lentils: Lentils are a protein-rich legume that is also high in fiber, folate, and iron. They promote heart health, stabilize blood sugar levels, and support digestive health.
7. Barley: Barley is a whole grain that is high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It helps lower cholesterol levels, supports healthy digestion, and promotes weight loss.
8. Chickpeas: Chickpeas are a versatile legume that is high in protein, fiber, and essential nutrients like folate and iron. They support heart health, aid in weight management, and help stabilize blood sugar levels.
9. Buckwheat: Buckwheat is a gluten-free grain that is rich in fiber, antioxidants, and minerals like magnesium and manganese. It improves heart health, aids digestion, and helps regulate blood sugar levels.
10. Sprouted Grain Breads: Sprouted grains are digested by the body as a vegetable so they are a nutrient powerhouse. They are also very low glycemic as well. Ezekiel Bread is a personal favorite. They also have English Muffins and Wraps.
